{day 31: yep}

Well....lost track of focus this past week. I went to beautiful, Leavenworth, WA last week and have struggled ever since. I went to Trader Joe's today, though, to stock up on healthy things at work. Another deterrent? No scale. I think I will have to weigh weekly when I stay at my gram's house on Wednesdays. I will be back on track though.

In other news...we had a super fun Halloween with friends. I feel so blessed to have the friends I have. They are amazing!!
